Manufacturer warranties vary. We sell commercial products with the standard manufacturer warranty unless a warranty upgrade is requested. Each manufacturer has its own warranty terms and conditions. DOA items may be replaced within the first 30 days from shipment. We make every effort to honor a return request within the first 30 days from shipment. However, some suppliers do not allow returns for convenience, and may refuse a return or assess a re-stocking fee - especially if the item has been discontinued or has had a price drop.
